Makes: 4 Servings Ingredients 4 large tomatoes ¾ cup fresh French or Italian breadcrumbs 2-3 cloves garlic, finely minced (or 2 tsp minced garlic) 6 Tbs finely minced basil 3 Tbs grated Parmesan cheese Olive oil or cooking spray Instructions
