Kale SlawThis kale salad is a zesty side dish that is easy to make and a colorful way to get a variety of nutrients. The combination of savory and sweet will make you crave your kale.

Ingredients 6 cups chopped kale, big stems removed ½ head of red cabbage, chopped ½ cup crumbled feta cheese 2 Tbs shelled sunflower seeds ½ cup dried cranberries Dressing: 2 Tbs olive oil Salt and pepper to taste ¼ cup lemon juice (about 1 lemon) Instructions
