Banana Berry Muffins
Muffins are like cake for breakfast. This recipe is low in fat and full of flavor.
Makes: 12 servings Ingredients Non-stick cooking spray 4 Tbs unsweetened applesauce ¼ cup sugar 1 egg 2 ripe bananas 2 Tbs water ¼ cup all purpose flour ¼ cup whole wheat flour ¼ cup quick cooking oats ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt ¼ cup blueberries or strawberries (fresh or frozen) Instructions
